The Pleasure Playhouse is not responsible for lost / stolen parcels after being carried by mail carrier.

I ordered multiple items, but email is showing tracking for only 1 item: 

Please remember that if you ordered multiple items, your orders can be delivered from separate shipping centers. This will lead to many tracking numbers supplied with your order, making certain products delivered earlier or later than others. Different tracking numbers with corresponding tracking numbers can result in several emails.

International Shipping to Canada & *Puerto Rico: 

For orders shipped outside the United States, The Pleasure Playhouse is not liable for any duty, tariffs, or taxes.

We have no control over Customs through The Pleasure Playhouse. Please wait up to 14 business days to order an investigation if your shipment is lost in transit.

For foreign orders, return labels are not eligible. It is the duty of customers to refund products for reimbursement.

* Claims for parcels labeled 'delivered' must be filed within 5 days and before 15 days from the day the shipment was labeled 'delivered.'

*Claims for shipments believed to have been lost (while status is not 'delivered') must be reported within 7 days (20 international) and after 30 days from the last checkpoint.

* The Pleasure Playhouse is not responsible for missing, destroyed or stolen goods due to deselecting of shipping protection.
